The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain high standards of cleanliness in accordance with housekeeping management protocols. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues to management. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations within the facility. Experience Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
