Housekeeper Fairfield Inn Atlanta Airport North 663 Citadel Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and hospitality, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the overall appearance of our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and sanitized. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance. Handle housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort during their stay. Conduct custodial duties in various settings including hotels, residential properties, or industrial environments as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
