The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and presentable. This role is essential in creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and tenant. Duties Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces. Dust ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Sweep, mop including behind refrigerator and stove, clean microwave, clean refrigerator, clean stove. Clean and sanitize surfaces, countertops and windows Trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
