As an independent contractor you will be able to set your own schedule and work as little or as much as you want. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning our clients’ homes and properties professionally and timely. As a Cleaning Technician, your essential duties will involve sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc., all assigned areas of client properties. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and follow instructions. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner, as you are a representative of our company. You must perform all tasks assigned to you and be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor.

Duties:

Travel to customer’s property and complete requested cleaning tasks Dust, sanitize, and clean all surfaces Sweep and mop floors Vacuum carpets and rugs Empty trash bins Make beds Clean vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers, and tubs Clean kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other rooms ​​

Experience:

Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques for different surfaces

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent Valid driver’s license Ability to work independently Must have a smartphone Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies
