Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and maintaining various types of flooring. Handle carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, ensuring all areas are clean and organized according to client specifications. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with residential cleaning practices and standards is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
