House Cleaner Healthy Clean Homes Fort Mill, SC Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a contract position where you will supply your own reliable transportation and cleaning supplies. You get to choose your available hours and we’ll send you out based on client needs.

Service Area:

Waxhaw, Matthews, Monroe, Stallings, Weddington, Indian Trail, Marvin, Wesley Chapel, Ballantyne, Provincetowne, Brandon Oaks, Providence Plantation, Providence Crossing, and more. Duties Conduct an assessment prior to cleaning to set the clients expectations. Taking before and after pictures of the entire job. Pictures are absolutely critical to manage customer complaints. No pictures, no pay. Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, Airbnb, vacation rental homes, and staged homes. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session. Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients and team members. Maintain your own supply of cleaning supplies and your own transportation. Experience Paid House Cleaning Experience especially in North Carolina Reliable Transportation Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience in residential cleaning or hotel housekeeping is advantageous. Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies, and no financial or theft related misdemeanors.
