Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role focuses on move-in and move-out cleanings, ensuring vacant homes are thoroughly cleaned and ready for new residents. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

Perform deep cleaning of vacant homes, apartments, and rental properties Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and all surfaces Clean inside cabinets, drawers, appliances, and closets Remove dust, cobwebs, and debris from all surfaces and corners Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors thoroughly Dispose of trash and left-behind items appropriately Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor Follow safety and cleaning protocols at all times Maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies in good working order

Requirements :

cleaning experience preferred, especially move-in/move-out cleanings Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Must be punctual, professional, and trustworthy Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision Must pass a background check & Drug test (randoms)

Schedules:

Flexible hours; may include weekdays and weekends Must be available on short notice for some jobs
