Your Role As a Housekeeper at Encore, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the comfort, cleanliness, and presentation of our luxury entertainer coaches. These aren’t standard vehicles—they’re high-end, rolling homes for touring entertainers, and your work helps keep them feeling first-class. You’ll be responsible for detailed interior cleanings, including restrooms, kitchens, sleeping areas, upholstery, and windows. From bed linens to fridge interiors, every surface matters. You’ll apply precision, pride, and hospitality-grade standards to ensure each coach is spotless, sanitized, and ready for the next journey. This is a physical, fast-paced role that takes place both indoors and outdoors—and requires high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence every single shift. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize all interior areas of luxury motorcoaches, including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedding, appliances, and storage spaces Replace linens, make beds, and reset sleeping quarters to meet Encore’s high presentation standards Wipe down, vacuum, and spot clean floors, carpets, upholstery, and fabric or leather surfaces Polish windows, mirrors, and surfaces to maintain a pristine, luxury-level appearance throughout the coach Follow established cleaning protocols, using appropriate products and tools to ensure safety, sanitation, and material care Identify and report any damage, needed repairs, or items left behind so they can be addressed before the coach is released to the client Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions to clean and prep multiple coaches per day Support team operations by staying organized, adaptable, and ready to assist with other coach-prep tasks as needed Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards Able to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Nice to Have Experience in automotive detailing, RV cleaning, or luxury hospitality environments Background in maintaining high-end interiors or working in transportation cleaning Familiarity with fabric care, cleaning products, or sanitation protocols Benefits 401k, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Powered by
