Assisting with work orders and performing basic maintenance tasks Taking out trash/removing and replacing all trash bags as needed Taking care of common areas in a hotel, such as the lobby, restrooms and pool area when applicable. Must be detail-oriented, have good customer service skills, be able to lift some heavy items and understand cleaning basics. Work experience in Maintenance/Janitorial preferred Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products a plus Good physical health and stamina Flexibility to work in shifts Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards Excellent organization skills Ability to follow instructions
