FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER

compensation: $30-$35/hour

Summary:

A lovely couple is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented full-time housekeeper for a private residence in Tellico Village. This year-round position involves maintaining the home to a high standard of cleanliness, including daily housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and managing laundry. The role also includes meal planning and preparation two to three days a week, light garden and patio upkeep, and pet care for a senior small dog. While the principals are away in Florida from December to April, the housekeeper will continue to work, ensuring the property is well-maintained, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining security in collaboration with the handyman.

Required Skills:

Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in private home service with strong, verifiable references. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Experience in wood floor care is required, as well as the ability to handle fine garments, manage household inventories, and assist with occasional small gatherings. Dependable transportation is necessary, and candidates must pass a background check and drug test. This is a live-out position with a Monday through Friday schedule.
