Responsibilities:
Lead a professional cleaning team on the jobsite to ensure the clean is completed efficiently and effectively Dynamic problem solving when issues arise on the job site Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensure that our services exceed their expectations Mentor and provide feedback to team members to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding expectations Work hand in hand with the Operations and Office Managers to ensure processes are relevant and teams have everything they need Perform cleaning duties alongside team members to meet predetermined cleaning specifications Our Team Leaders play a vital role in Maid in America and we understand the type of person who is great at accomplishing the responsibilities above.
