In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This position is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing techniques and chemicals. Manage dry cleaning processes for guest garments as needed. Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards. Assist in the organization of laundry areas to maintain efficiency and cleanliness. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
