Banquet Houseman Cornerstone Services USA Pigeon Forge, TN Job Details Full-time $14 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Customer service Catering Bussing Banquet experience Food safety Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description Banquet Houseman Job Duties Banquet housemen have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include: Setting up tables, chairs, and other items needed for a banquet Preparing food items such as cutting fruits or vegetables, preparing salad dressings, or cooking entrees Setting up decorations and lighting candles in preparation for events Cleaning tables and chairs after an event has concluded Providing guests with beverages during an event by serving drinks from a bar or making specialty drinks such as margaritas or sangria Making sure that extra supplies such as napkins, utensils, and glassware are available during an event Setting up and taking down equipment such as microphones or projectors as directed by the event planner or coordinator Preparing food items and arranging them on plates or platters for serving Setting up a buffet table with plates, silverware, linens, and other items as directed by the event planner or coordinator You must have a minimum experience of 6 months.
