Houseperson 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 125 Music Mountain Drive, Pigeon Forge, TN 37863 Job Description The core and support system to the housekeeping department ensuring the team has all the items they need to provide a welcome and comfortable place for our guests Primary Responsibilities Assist with stripping of all linens and removal of glassware from rooms Deliver dirty linen through drop chute Deliver guest room glasses to the housekeeping area to be cleaned Clean guest hallways and corridors including bridge floors Restock room supplies Respond to guest queries and requests Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms Collect and bag all trash in required receptacles. Deliver all trash off property. Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms Assist with unloading of truck deliveries Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards Turn in and record all lost and found items Requirements Must be willing to work holidays and weekends. Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance required.
