Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Houseperson to support our housekeeping team and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, be a team player, and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms and storage areas Clean and maintain public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces Remove trash, clean spills, and respond promptly to housekeeping requests Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Restock supplies in housekeeping closets and carts Help with deep cleaning projects and room setups as needed Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus but not required Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods Strong attention to detail and a positive, helpful attitude Good communication and organizational skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or evening shifts if needed
