ATTENDANT

is responsible for cleaning, folding, and sorting all linens according to the standards set by Music Road Resort.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort/wash linens and towels as directed by the Executive Housekeeper Respond to housekeeping requests from guests and/or management in a timely manner Keep linen room and cart neat, stocked, and organized Keep track of all equipment, keys, and supplies issued Report and surrender lost and found items to Supervisor All other duties as assigned by management

HOUSEKEEPERS

provide outstanding services to our guests. Selected Candidates will have a stable work history and demonstrate dependability. Primary Responsibilities Maintains security of equipment, keys and supplies. Responds to housekeeping requests from guests and management in an efficient manner Clean and service guest rooms and provide clean linens and towels, as needed, in a timely and organized manner to ensure guest satisfaction. Notifies Supervisor when service is complete. Reports needed repairs and unsafe conditions. Keeps linen room and carts neat, clean and stocked. Greet and welcome all guests in order to make them feel welcome and comfortable. Available weekends and holidays.
