The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and clean for guest use. Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established procedures for cleaning and disinfecting to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with floor care duties as required, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors. Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential in the hospitality industry. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
