Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards. Conduct Hotel cleaning tasks including deep cleaning carpets, upholstery, and floor care. Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized in housekeeping carts and storage areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Maintain a positive attitude while providing excellent customer service to guests. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred, particularly in hotel or hospitality settings. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
