The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for cleanliness, making it essential for the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in housekeeping management tasks when required, including training new staff members on cleaning procedures. Skills Strong background in hospitality with a focus on providing excellent customer service. Experience in custodial duties with an emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail. Proficient in floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various surfaces. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is preferred to ensure efficient operations. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar environments is advantageous.
