Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment for various surfaces and materials. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established protocols for waste disposal and recycling. Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest inquiries or concerns regarding cleanliness. Requirements Proven experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently. Knowledge of proper cleaning methods for various surfaces found in hospitality settings. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
