The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming and comfortable for all guests. Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas. Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained. Manage floor care including sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing as necessary. Follow established housekeeping protocols to maintain cleanliness standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry services as required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations. Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is a plus. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift, including lifting and moving items as needed.
