The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring all surfaces are spotless. Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Change bed linens and towels, restock amenities, and ensure all items are in place for guest comfort. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring linens and towels are cleaned and properly stored. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Adhere to safety protocols and hotel policies while performing custodial duties. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services within a hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment usage. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending throughout the shift.
