The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all areas are spotless. Sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected and hygienic. Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as requested by clients or management. Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Must have own transportation. 1099 Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies and equipment. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to cleaning processes.
