Position Overview:

Rodeo Cannabis Co. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Packaging Lead to oversee our 2nd shift packaging operations. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising the packaging team, maintaining quality standards, meeting production goals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the daily packaging operations for the 2nd shift Train, supervise, and support a team of packaging associates Monitor output to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with SOPs and state regulations Perform quality control checks to maintain product integrity and brand consistency Track inventory of packaging materials and assist with ordering as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report performance metrics and issues to management Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Compliance)

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment; cannabis industry preferred 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting Working knowledge of GMP and cannabis compliance standards is a plus Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass all required background checks
