Primary tasks:
- Managing The Production of Glassing Fish Replica Blanks
- Molding Fish & Antique Skin Mounts Occasional Additional tasks:
- Sculpting Parts
- Coordinating With Senior Staff On Misc Production Tasks Starting rate is open for discussion.
We do have an incentive program that rewards the team for high KPI performance. Employees may be eligible after 90 days. Hand eye coordination is necessary for pneumatic tool use. Knowing your fish specie is not required but is highly preferred. Medical Insurance 50% copay available after 6 months. PTO available after 1 year.
