The Cutter will play a vital role in food preparation, ensuring that products are cut and packaged to meet quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat cutting, food production, and customer service. Responsibilities Operate cutting equipment and tools, including knives, to prepare various food items according to specifications. Ensure all products are cut accurately and consistently for presentation and packaging. Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the cutting process. Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized work area and ensure efficient workflow. Package finished products for distribution while maintaining quality control standards. Assist with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages as necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries related to product preparation or specifications. Requirements Previous experience in food handling or preparation, particularly in a restaurant or food production setting, is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry. Proficiency in using knives and other cutting tools safely and effectively. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
