We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Millworker to join our team and assist in the production of high-quality gelato and related products. As a Millworker, you’ll be responsible for operating specialized machinery and maintaining a smooth production process. This role is essential to ensuring the consistency, quality, and excellence that define Via Roma Gelateria.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain milling equipment used in gelato production. Measure and prepare ingredients accurately according to recipes and production standards. Monitor machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets. Identify and report any issues with equipment or production processes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace. Role Are:
Prior experience as a millworker, machinist, or in a similar production role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures precisely.
