Polisher 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 1000 North Us Highway 1, Jupiter, FL 33477 SUMMARY The Polisher’s main functions are to receive, store, polish and maintain the front of the house restaurant supplies including glassware and silverware ensuring each guest are given a quality experience. Additional tasks include folding napkins, making extra place settings, inventory, stock shelves, racks, tables and service stations, restock dining room and service stations with china, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: § Polish glassware and silverware in a timely manner § Anticipate staff needs including folding napkins and replenishing stock, making extra place settings, clearing tables § Provide support to all team members § Promote teamwork and interact with employees in a fair and professional manner § Maintenance and cleanliness of work area § Communicate all bar related, issues, concerns and innovations with Manager on Duty § Create and maintain a positive, safe and healthy work environment § Be a role model and lead by example in terms of professionalism, positive attitude, taking initiative, work ethic, work performance, etc. § Maintain a positive, pleasant, attitude in the workplace § Provide exception guest service through clear communication, highest level of service and professionalism § Other duties as assigned
