Production and Support Teams Key Responsibilities:
Ensure food safety, quality and legality. Responsible for loading and unloading trucks Handle pallets, boxes, labels and required equipment properly clean, maintain and organize the required equipment, area and trailers properly Scan and prepare product for shipment Responsible for freezer maintenance Palletize product from production and outside sources Operate tractor and yard dog and all material-handling equipment Assist in other departmental areas as needed
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, sanitary equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments; ability to work in all weather conditions; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; ability to work in cold temperatures (usually 0-45 degrees Ferienheit)
Skills and Knowledge:
