JOB SUMMARY

Duties vary within production. Duties include but not limited to opening meat, de-boxing, carrying boxes, moving product through production area. Manuel transfer of meat, moving equipment, making boxes, possible operation of basic processing equipment. May include some basic sanitation duties. Experience

• The ability to smell is required, in order to detect levels of wholesomeness and spoilage
• This position requires the candidate to be in refrigerated processing and warehouse areas.

These areas are cold and wet and exposure to moving machinery and sharp surfaces are a regular occurrence.
