The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in factory environments, ensuring that our glass containers are produced efficiently while meeting quality standards. This role is crucial in driving product success in forming through to production, collaborating with various teams to enhance operational processes. Responsibilities Work with the Senior Line Manager and production Optimizers to form high quality glass containers in an efficient and safe manner. Oversee the production parameters of the equipment to assure consistency and reliability in our production. Oversee the forming process, ensuring that all products meet quality standards. Train and mentor team members on best practices related to production and safety protocols. Ensure compliance with safety regulations . Skills Glass container forming experience is preferred but not required. Proficient mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing processes. Experience working in a factory setting with hands-on involvement in fabrication. Experience working in a harsh manufacturing environment. Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and forklifts safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across various departments. Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements within a production environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on efficiency and quality.
