Role and Responsibilities Ensure 100% compliance with food safety and food quality expectations consistent with the intended design and desired image. To include adherence to all Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and SQF regulations and initiatives. Follow GAP’s, Covid-19 protocols, and safety rules. Wearing a face mask, social distancing, handwashing, gloves, hairnets, beard nets, ladder safety, machine guards, trip hazards; don’t turn a blind eye. Address it and fix it! Ensure we are sanitizing effectively and efficiently. Follow the rules! CLEAN! SAFE!
ORGANIZED!
Strong organization and time management skills, attention to details. Adheres to all company policies and procedures and safety rules. This position Receives in raw product from the field. Scales the material, puts material into bins and sling bags, and crushes the product into crude oil. Hours will need to be flexible during harvest season. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements Highschool diploma Must have experience around heavy handling equipment. Must be able to show experience with computers. Must have a flexible schedule. Preferred Skills Troubleshooting Must have production plant experience Must be able to lift 40 pounds Must be able to show experience with computers Must have a flexible schedule Preferred Skills Additional Notes Required to take a drug test with in the 30 days of employment and pass it.
