What We’re Looking For:
Previous oyster shucking experience strongly preferred Knowledge of oyster varieties and raw bar service a plus Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Think you’ve got the skills to keep up with the best shuckers in NOLA?
