Responsibilities:

Efficiently shuck oysters, ensuring minimal waste and preserving the presentation of the oyster.
Maintain a clean and organized shucking station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Educate staff and guests about the variety of oysters offered, their origin, taste profile, and best pairing recommendations.
Coordinate with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of oysters to guests.
Participate in regular inventory checks and inform management of ordering needs.

Requirements:
