HOURS 4:00AM – 1:00PM Job Description We are seeking a skilled Fish Cutter to join our team in the food production industry. This role is essential for ensuring that high-quality of the products such as fish, Tuna, Salmon are cuts efficiently and safely. As fish Cutter, you will work closely with customer orders preparing it before shipping out. Duties Perform meat cutting and preparation tasks according to established standards. Utilize various knives and kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Ensure all food items are prepared, packaged, and labeled correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages. Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or handling within the culinary or restaurant industry is preferred. Familiarity with meat cutting techniques and knowledge of various cuts of meat is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment are essential. A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety practices.
