As a Raw Bar Shucker, you will be responsible for preparing and serving oysters and other shellfish, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. Responsibilities Skillfully shuck oysters and other shellfish while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Prepare raw bar items, including garnishes and accompaniments, in accordance with menu specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the raw bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of raw bar items and communicate needs to management. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making recommendations. Experience Food and beverage serving experience required.
