From $19.00-$20.00 per hour OT if needed > busy season The Fish Cutter is responsible for accurately cutting and preparing fresh seafood products according to customer specifications and company standards. Responsibilities of the Fish Cutter Cut, trim, and prepare various types of seafood, including fish fillets, steaks, and portions. Ensure all cuts meet quality and weight specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect seafood products for quality and freshness. Adhere to all food safety standards and company policies. Requirements of the Fish Cutter Experience in seafood cutting or food processing is preferred. Ability to handle sharp tools and work in a cold environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting.
