ASAP We are seeking a Food Production Line Worker for a temp-to-hire position with our client, a cold food manufacturing facility located in Bath, Maine . The Food Production Line Worker will support the daily operations of the production floor by assembling, packaging, and preparing food products while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The Food Production Line Worker plays a vital role in keeping production running efficiently and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity located in Bath, Maine . As a Food Production Line Worker, you will be responsible for: Operating production line machinery and assembling goods according to company specifications Packaging and labeling finished products for shipment or storage Measuring and feeding raw materials into equipment Performing quality and safety checks, including GMP compliance and foreign material detection Following standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and sanitation standards Maintaining a clean and organized work area throughout the shift The ideal candidate for this role will have: The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, twisting, and reaching Comfort working in cold environments (ranging from 35°F to -20°F) The ability to stand and move continuously for 8-10 hours A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and HACCP, or the willingness to learn Dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic U.S. work eligibility with two acceptable forms of
