Post Harvest Production 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Lebanon, ME East Coast Cannabis is seeking a motivated and hard-working Post-Harvest Technician to join our ECC Lebanon team. This is an entry-level, seasonal position with potential for long-term employment for dedicated and hardworking team members, but nothing is guaranteed. This is a demanding yet rewarding position, no experience is required, and all training will be provided. Individuals with an active IIC are encouraged to apply. Immediate start date available. Our Lebanon Post-Harvest Crew will be working with high end flower from buck down to finished product. We pride ourselves on being the first line of quality control in the cultivation & manufacturing of boutique grade flower for the adult market. This position requires long periods of sitting or standing. Post Harvest Technicians responsibilities involve repetitive motion mainly using your hands, this will need to be maintained throughout the day. East Coast Cannabis is about teamwork, and we will expect all employees to assist other departments as needed. This includes other tasks as delegated by leadership while adhering to the quality control standards of ECC.

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Minimum 40 hours a week.

Properly trimming (manicuring) a minimum of 60 grams of flower per hour on most strains. Buck down and the preparation of flower after a harvest. Packaging, labeling and proper storage of finished flower goods and pre-roll. Operating packaging equipment Manufacturing pre-roll according to East Coast Cannabis standards Operating pre-roll manufacturing equipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Sit for long periods of time while focusing on detail-oriented trimming, as well as post trim upkeep Must be 21 years or older. Ability to lift to 50 lbs. multiple times daily if necessary. Keeping a clean workstation free of contamination and assisting in the clean-up of said workstations at the end of their shifts. Knowing and following OCP rules and standards as directed by your manager. Meet consistent production rates Following strict SOP’s Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, workflows and safety matters. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to obtain an Induvial Identification Card provide by The Office of Cannabis Policy.
