7:12 am to 4:30pm 2nd shift Starting pay rate:($19.00) + $1.50 shift differential, Monday to Friday•Someweekend work required,
From:
4:30 pm to until completed 3rd shiftStarting pay rate: ($20.00) + $1.50 shift differential, Sunday toThursday•some weekend work required.

Paid Tuition Hourly ProductionResponsibilities:
Position requires individuals to cut, trim, andfabricate products in a production line setting Ability to lift,push, and pull product in a hot and/or cold assembly lineenvironment Ability to work with sharp instruments Must maintaingood personal hygiene
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Processes product using tools (to include knives), manual labor,and equipment provided in accordance with USDA and Pilgrim’sCompany product standards and procedures. Process product accordingto operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations. Observesequipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of anymalfunctions and/or safety issues/concerns. Clean and organizedwork area. Assist others with the skills and knowledge gained fromthe position. Observes all company personnel, quality, safety, andfood safety policies. Maintains a positive work atmosphere byacting and communicating in a manner so that you work effectivelyand cooperatively with customers, clients, co-workers, andleadership teams. Recognizes and acts on incidents and safetyrisks. Consistently practices and enforces safe work habits anddrives those habits throughout the organization. Participates inprocess improvement and problem solving utilizing continuousimprovement and rational thinking methodologies. Follow all companyanimal welfare guidelines. Other duties as directed.
Basic Skillsand Qualifications:

Ability to work in cool temperatures Ability to stand and use handsfor 8-11 hours per day Ability to multitask and work quickly Mustbe a team player and be willing to work close to other employees atsome stations. (Less than 3 feet apart.) Must have goodcommunication skills. Good hand and eye coordination required. HighSchool diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Food or production experiencepreferred.
