The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and safely, maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. T Duties Efficiently and safely process and pack seafood products
- Operate processing machines & packing machines using established procedures
- Correctly identify & organize fish species and put away product
- Follow established cutting techniques, including cutting, scaling, and packaging, to company standards.
- Correctly identify, label & wrap product per established procedures
- Check the quality of product daily following established procedures & HACCP guidelines
- Adhere to all company SOPs, GMPs, procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility and common areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned that are necessary, required or directed by management.
Schedule:
Sundays through Thursdays, 7 am until job is finished. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
