Description:

With direction from the supervisor, the bundler is responsible for grouping pieces together via name/number/size in a bundle.

Major Responsibilities :

Ensure quality meets specifications for each piece. Bundle all components by name or number or size. Put assembled parts and a copy of the sizing guide into a clear plastic bag. Ensure a copy of the order, sizing guide, build sheet, completed cutters must sheet is attached to the cart. Any other instructions given by the supervisor or production manager.

Qualifications:

Quality/ Inspection experience is required. Ability to multi-task and keep clear documentation records. Proactive work habits Strong communication skills. Must be able to work in both an independent and team environment. Able to perform basic mathematic calculations. Good reasoning ability is required to solve a wide range of problems. Physical demands; Standing on hard surface for extended periods. Move between different production areas. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor and to meet job responsibilities. Good manual dexterity to meet job responsibilities. Occasional lifting up to 65 pounds.

Work Environment:

This job is indoors in a traditional manufacturing/warehouse setting. These activities will occur in the production areas. Although the position is indoors there will be varying temperatures between different areas.
