Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:

Ensuring safety of the teamAssist Quality Manager with Training of Secondary Inspection team and report pertaining the area.

Sorts, packages, and binds acceptable product based on quality criteriaAble to use tools such as calipers and tape measures to properly measure the product.

Able to use banding tools and band cutters to repackage the product.

Understands schedules and daily reporting forms, prioritize teamwork load based on shipping and customer demand.

Able to learn the different defects of the products, good eyesight, at minimum average results on Farnsworth-Munsell 100 hue testAble to stand for long periodsAble to work 8 hour shifts in varying temperaturesAble to operate some machinery such as sawsMaintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping and dustingAble to work overtime if neededAble to wear eye protection, ear protection and protective footwearOther duties may be assigned

QualificationsEducation/Experience:

High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and writeExperience using computers and ExcelIndustrial manufacturing experience preferredPreferred experience with Blue yonder and

OracleRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Willing to be trained to drive a forkliftWears proper PPE when and where required.
