KPosition Function:

• The production associateis responsible for performing a variety of production focused taskson a rotated basis to support the daily production goals of theReady to Cook (RTC) Department.
• Essential Duties, Functions, ℜsponsibilities:
• Process product using tools andequipment provided
• Follows all work safety policies andguidelines
• Observes equipment operation, notifyingappropriate personnel of any malfunctions and/or safetyissues/concerns
• Adheres to all USDA and GMP (GoodManufacturing Processes) product standards and guidelines
• -Maintains a clean and organized work area
• Will be requiredto rotate to various functions within the processing department
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Accountable tomaintain punctual and regular attendance for scheduled work hours-

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics:

• -Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability tocommunicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to meet production line speed

• PhysicalRequirements:

• Standing 8
• 10 hours per day,
• Liftup-to 50 lbs.
• Possible bending, stooping, twisting, andsquatting.
• Repetitive hand intensive task, tight gripping,grasping, pinching, and pulling required

• Working Conditions:

• Work in damp and cold environment.
• Work with loud andnoisy machinery.
• Work with or around chemicals/fumes-Minimum Qualifications
• No minimum education requirement
• No previous work experience required
• Must be at leasteighteen (18) years old
• Must be eligible to work legally inthe United States
