JOB SUMMARY

We’re hiring production team members to help us prep, fry, and bag our potato chips. You’ll be responsible for operating and cleaning machinery, inspecting and frying potatoes, and handling between 15-35 lb bins depending on the role(s) you play at the factory. No prior experience is required—we’ll train you!

PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate, monitor, and clean factory machinery (peeling, slicing, and dewatering machine)
• Inspect potatoes for quality
• Transport bins up to 25 lbs
• Assist with packaging and other front of the house responsibilities as needed
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

PREP COOK REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• No experience needed, but manufacturing or restaurant experience is a plus

BAGGING OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate potato chip buggy
• Inspect potato chips for quality
• Weigh and fill bags
• Seal bags
• Package bags
• Prep boxes
• Fulfill orders
• Transport bins up to 15 lbs
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

BAGGING OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift 15 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• No experience needed, but manufacturing or restaurant experience is a plus

FRYER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fry potato chips
• Operate, monitor, and clean fryer
• Comfortably lift 35 lbs consistently
• Conduct quality control checks on potato chips
• Season potato chips
• Assist with potato prep as needed and operating the machinery (peeling, slicing, and dewatering machine)
• Inspect potato chips for quality
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

FRYER REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift 35 lbs comfortably and consistently
• Stand for extended periods of time
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Ability to use subjective judgement
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• No experience needed, but frying or cooking experience is a plus Principals only.
