Post Harvest Technician Victory Natural Farms Neptune City, NJ 07753 About us Victory Natural Farms is a veteran owned cannabis cultivator and manufacturer based in Neptune, NJ. We are fully licensed by the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission to cultivate and manufacture cannabis products in the state of NJ. Our mission is cultivate the highest quality organic cannabis possible while working with and supporting veterans.

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking motivated post harvest technicians for a licensed adult use cannabis company based in Monmouth County NJ. We are a veteran owned business and we have a strong preference for hiring veterans. Post harvest operations will take place indoors in a controlled environment setting. This position will be executing upon the bucking, trimming, and packaging of our cannabis flower.

• Duties:

• Produce a high quality hand trimmed product
• Keep up with a steady production pace
• Cleaning and sanitization of work environment
• Stand flexible to fill in where needed. This is a start up and we will be starting with a small team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial cannabis post harvest operations
• Prior military experience greatly preferred
• Experience in a fast paced production environment
• Experience operating in a highly regulated environment
