Cultivation Associate I The QCC Group, LLC Plainfield, NJ 07063 Cultivation Associate I Are you passionate about working hands-on with plants and being part of a growing industry? QCC NJ is seeking a dedicated Cultivation Associate I to join our cultivation team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in producing high-quality cannabis flower while meeting deadlines, maintaining compliance, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. What You’ll Do Assist with propagation tasks, including cuttings, clone maintenance, labeling, monitoring, and transplanting. Perform plant maintenance activities such as trellising, pruning, decongestion, defoliation, irrigation, and environmental monitoring.

Contribute to the harvest process:

chopping, plucking, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting rooms. Maintain inventory, organization, and cleanliness of cultivation areas, tools, and materials. Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulations. Work collaboratively with the team to execute production schedules efficiently. What We’re Looking For Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to execute techniques consistently. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to safety, integrity, and maintaining a positive work environment. Basic understanding of weights, measurements, and documentation processes. Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, stand or sit for long periods, and occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds. Preferred Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 0-1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet timelines. Familiarity with cannabis cultivation processes is a plus. Flexibility for overtime and varying shifts as needed. Why Join QCC NJ?
