About the Role As a Food Assembly Associate, you are responsible for masterfully piecing together our irresistible meal kits. You’ll do so with a focus on precision and waste reduction, so we can produce high quality meals at our multi concept restaurants.

CK1 Position type: Full-Time & Part-Time Responsibilities Prepare, pouch & kit all ingredients and meals including prepping and boxing for transport for Wonder’s Restaurants Precisely measure the exact amount of ingredients while following our trainings and guides Make sure every last detail is just right by quality checking your work Qualifications Experience working in, but not limited to, a commissary, in a top-quality restaurant, hotel or high-end food service environment. Food Safety and HACCP guideline knowledge including proper protein food safety temperatures and “danger zone” food temperatures. ServSafe food handling certificate or equivalent preferred Versed in the metric system conversion Proficient in food product identification, and assembly process Large food production facility experience Knowledgeable in metric systems, scales, and kitchen tech Self-directed and self-motivated with ability to follow directions and assembly specs with minimal supervision Culinary Diploma preferred Requirements Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US Must have at least 2 years of experience in a catering or high standard Food Service provider with high-volume kitchen Must have strong knife skills Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight by oneself Must be able to stand a full shift while working Must be comfortable working in various temperatures including cold environment (38-42 degrees) and occasional freezer temperatures that can range anywhere from 0-10 degrees Must have weekend availability This list of qualifications and requirements also reflects the qualifications and requirements used as vetting criteria for our AEDT (Automated Employment Decision Tool) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 100% employer-paid Life Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Employer match for Health Savings Account (HSA) 1.5x Pay rate on company holidays Learning and Development opportunities to advance your career
