The Role:

The Plater is responsible for the accurate and visually appealing assembly of dishes, ensuring each plate meets the company’s standards for quality and consistency. This role involves weighing out components with precision and completing a set number of dishes daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Plate a designated number of dishes each day according to production targets. Ensure all components are weighed accurately before plating. Assemble dishes in a consistent and visually appealing manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plating station. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Communicate any issues with portioning, ingredients, or presentation to the supervisor promptly. Assist in prep or other kitchen tasks as needed during downtime.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. Basic understanding of portioning and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints. Previous experience in a kitchen or food production environment is a plus. Must be legally allowed to work in
