• Fillet and prepare fish for packaging according to established food safety standards
• Ensure proper handling and storage of fish to maintain quality and freshness
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment
• Assist in other food production tasks as needed Skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices in the food industry
• Experience fish filleting is a plus
• Familiarity with food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently
• Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or culinary setting is beneficial
